You can make appointments using the myGP app, by phone, or at reception during surgery hours.
Urgent Appointments
For urgent appointments, call and let reception know. You'll get an appointment on the same day. Keep in mind that the on-call GP will triage these. If your issue isn't urgent, we will inform you. Also, an urgent appointment may not be with your preferred doctor.

Patients can use the following to request a routine appointment:
Speak to a doctor or nurse
If you’d like to speak with a doctor or a nurse on the phone, please reach out to the surgery. The reception team will guide you on how to arrange it.
Evening Appointments
Evening GP and nurse appointments are available. Contact the practice to find out more.

Home Visits
These are at the discretion of the doctor. Please do not ask the doctor to call unless the patient is too ill to come to the surgery. Lack of transport is not a reason to request a home visit.
If a patient has a temperature or a rash, they can still come to the surgery. Please inform the receptionist when you arrive. We can often see patients quickly and are able to provide better treatment at the surgery. So, if you can, please try to come here.
Where possible, please try to request home visits before 10.30 am. The on-call GP will triage the home visit. The time can vary based on the visiting clinician. Usually, this happens between 11:30 am and 2 pm.
Please give the patient’s full name, address, phone number, and reason for the visit when you request a visit. If you feel the problem is urgent, please make this clear to the receptionist. This helps the doctor plan their calls and handle urgent requests without delay.
